1. The petitioner is in custody for more than 3 years.

2. He prays for bail on the ground of delay.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Charge has been framed against the petitioner. He is the principal accused and does not stand on the same footing with that of the co-accused. Offence, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment.
