C.R.M. (A) 370 of 2023 In Re: - An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Katwa Police Station Case No. 876 of 2022 dated 13.11.2022 under Sections 384/386 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is an error apparent in the application for anticipatory 22.02.2023 Sl.2 Court No.29 (AD) bail.

G.R. No.489 of 2022 be replaced with G.R. No.1489 of 2022. Leave granted to the learned Advocate for the petitioner to incorporate necessary correction in the application for anticipatory bail.

On incorporation of such correction in the application, department will correct the error apparent on the order dated January 30, 2023.
