1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. There was a love affair between the 22 years petitioner and the 14 years old victim girl. The parents of the petitioner who had been falsely implicated in this case had been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the de-facto complainant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He relies on the statements of witnesses including that of the alleged survivor made before the learned Magistrate, which clearly implicates the present petitioner. He also relies on the medical report.

4. Considering the above, the other incriminating materials available in the case diary and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
