Banerjee) Mr. Debabrata Saha Roy Mr. Subhankar Das ... for the petitioner Mr. Sushovan Sengupta Mr. Manas Kumar Sadhu ... for the State respondent The petitioner's case is this that after her husband's death the licences at pages 14 and 15 of this writ application for Fair Price Shop and Kerosene Dealership respectively, have not been transferred in her name for which she made an application on 11th May, 2017 to the Sub-Divisional Controller, Food and Supplies, Lalbagh, Murshidabad.

Today in course of hearing learned advocate for the respondent authorities has submitted that they are agreeable to consider this representation of the petitioner.

Therefore, I direct the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11th May, 2017, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her authorised representative, within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order. The decision of the concerned authorities is to be communicated to the petitioner by two weeks thereafter.

With the directions as above the writ application is disposed of. This court has not gone into the merits of

this case and since no affidavit has been called for, the allegations made in the writ application are deemed to have not been admitted.
