1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. In furtherance to the order passed on 11th November, 2024 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in MAT 2041 of 2024 with MAT 2042 of 2024, the petitioner has filed an application before the Chief Medical Officer of Health on 13th December, 2024 praying for permission for new admission of patients in the hospital and for withdrawing the suspension notice. The same is yet to be considered.

3. Without entering into the merit of the application that has been filed by the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 being the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Paschim Medinipur to consider and dispose of the application filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law and in line with the direction passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench on 11th February, 2024 at the earliest.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
