After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, WPA 1734 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the President of the Governing Body of the concerned College to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 7th January, 2022 for being made over the appointment letter in favour of the petitioner pursuant to the petitioner being empanelled as a successful candidate for the post of Library Clerk in the said College. Let the representation be considered by the respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and be disposed of by a reasoned order after hearing all concerned parties including the petitioner. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date on which such reasoned order is passed. WPA 1734 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
