The writ petition was lastly listed on 14.01.2010. The prayer so advanced was in respect of not considering the information/representation made by the present petitioners. Records also reflect that the petitioners initiated cases under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Having considered that the petitioners have already invoked the statutory provisions, I am not inclined to interfere with the prayer so advanced.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 635 of 2010 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
