Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. In this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer for direction upon the CIT (Appeals) concerned to consider and dispose of the pending appeals which has been filed on 22nd April, 2022 as appears from Annexure P-4 of the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition being WPA 1890 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent CIT (Appeals) concerned to consider and dispose of the pending appeal in question filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within four months from the date of communication of this order.
