Learned advocate for the petitioner claims that there are other title suits, which have been decreed, are pending.

However, the report do not reflect in respect of any civil suit either pending;

disposed of or decreed in favour of any of the parties either in WPA 2064 of 2025 or in WPA 28912 of 2024.

The police authorities are directed to take into account the order as also the decree, if any, passed by any civil court, thereafter, arrive at their opinion.

There are possibilities of violation of law and order. The police authorities would take into account as directed above regarding the outcome of any finding of the civil court. However, no interference be made by the police authorities so far as the right, title, interest and possession of the property is concerned.

At the same time, the police

authorities would also ensure that there is no violation of any order of the civil court or any other forum.

In view of the aforesaid directions, the police authorities would act by adhering to the provisions of law.

Accordingly, WPA 2064 of 2025;

and RVW 378 of 2024 in WPA 28912 of 2024 are disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
