A direction to secure expeditious disposal is the ultimate prayer in this revisional application. In view of the nature of the order, proposed to be made, non-service of notice of this application upon opposite parties will not cause any prejudice to the opposite parties.

Accordingly, service upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 7th Court, Alipore in Money Suit No. 26 of 2016 is directed to ensure expeditious disposal of the pending suit, preferably within months from the date of communication of this order, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting any unnecessary adjournments, unless it is extremely unavoidable. While endeavoring such exercise to ensure expeditious disposal, the interlocutory application, if there by any pending, must be disposed of prior to ensuring disposal of pending money suit.

With these directions, the revisional application stands disposed of.
