Submission has also been made that the petitioner lost valuable years in service in view of the illegal act committed by the respondent-authorities. According to the petitioner, had she been there in service, she would have enjoyed all the service benefits. Hence, she prays for providing her all notional benefits, including the increments and other benefits she is entitled to.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to make a comprehensive representation highlighting her grievances before the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Uttar Dinajpur.

If such representation is filed, the same shall be

considered and disposed of by the District Inspector of Schools (SE) in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands thus disposed of.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
