It suggests that upon production of a forged "Consent of Affiliation" of the Council, the petitioner obtained approval from the Pharmacy Council of India to establish a D. Pharma College. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, however, does not want to proceed with this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 1800 of 2024 is dismissed.

It is clarified that the relevant police station shall conduct the investigation in accordance with law following the FIR lodged by the Council against the petitioner.
