For Madrasah Service Commission The grievance of the petitioner was that the Madrasah Court No. 24 14.02.2022 (Item No. 95) (AB) was not issuing the "No Objection Certificate" in his favour for which he could not participate in the counselling process for transfer. The petitioner applied for General Transfer 2021 in the online mode.

During pendency of the writ petition the "No Objection Certificate" has been issued in favour of the petitioner. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ application.

The Madarasah Service Commission shall take into consideration the "No Objection Certificate" issued in favour of the petitioner by the Madrasah and take necessary steps for enlisting the name of the petitioner in the final list meant for General Transfer.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
