As proclamation was issued purportedly without waiting for a non-execution report, the impugned order issuing proclamation is set aside. But the warrant of arrest will remain and it shall be open to the investigating agency to execute the same in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands disposed of.

Application connected thereto also stands disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
