Learned advocate on behalf of the petitioners submits that the matter has amicably settled between the present petitioners and the opposite parties. On terms and conditions of the said settlement; the offence was compounded by the learned Magistrate vide order dated 6.2.2023. He again submitted that as the complaint case has been compounded it is not necessary to further proceed.

Heard the learned advocate perused the certified copy of the order of the learned Magistrate. Accordingly, the instant criminal revisional application become infructuous. Hence, the criminal revisional application is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. ( Subhendu Samanta, J.)
