Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners is present and submitted one order dated 24.4.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Katwa in connection with Complaint Case No. C/270 of 2011 whereby learned Magistrate dismissed the case for default and all accused persons/petitioners were set at liberty and discharged from their bail bond. The instant revisional application was filed with a prayer for quashing the proceeding in connection with Complaint Case No. 270 of 2011.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that pursuant to the order dated 24.04.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Katwa, the instant revisional application has become infructuous.

Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy, learned advocate usually

appears on behalf the State. Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy is requested to represent the State along with Ms Ms. Manasi Roy, learned advocate. Their appointment may be regularized.

However, considering all facts and circumstances, I find that the present instant revisional application being infructuous is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, CRR 158 of 2017 stand dismissed. All connected applications, if there be any, also stands dismissed.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. Urgent photostat certified copy of the Judgment, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
