Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in December, 2022. Allegations against the petitioner and co-accuseds are for collection of ransom money. In view of the aforesaid materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to him.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
