It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that this instant application is for alleged violation of an order dated November 27, 2024 whereby the Pradhan was directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated November 24, 2023 within six weeks from date. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite lapse of the above period, the concerned Pradhan has not considered the representation of the petitioner.

The concerned Pradhan has not been served till

date. There is nothing to show that service has been effected on the concerned Pradhan.

The State is directed to intimate the concerned Pradhan through the concerned police station as to why the above order has not been complied with till date. As a last chance, the concerned Pradhan is directed to act expeditiously in this matter and comply with the order dated November 27, 2024.

With the above directions, CPAN 160 of 2025 stands disposed of.
