Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this contempt application along with a server copy of this order upon the added alleged contemnor no.4. Office is directed to serve a notice upon the alleged contemnor, who has failed to appear before this Court despite service. Such service of notice be effected upon the alleged contemnor nos. 1, 2 and 3 through the Officer-inCharge, within whose jurisdiction their addresses are located.
