State of West Bengal This matter has come at the instance of the department for correction of the order.

The order was passed on 13th April, 2021. However, the date of the order has wrongly been transcribed as "12th April, 2021". Let the date of the order be corrected.

Let it be recorded that CRM 850 of 2021 was disposed of on 13th April, 2021 and not on 12th April, 2021.
