Learned advocate, Mr. Prasun Kumar Datta along with Mr. N. P. Agarwala are present on behalf of the State. This is an application for cancellation of bail filed by the petitioner on 10th January, 2012.

The matter is pending for last nine years. The opposite parties were released on anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge-in-charge, Alipore vide order dated 15th December, 2011.

Considering such long pendency of the case, I am of the view that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the instant case. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
