The matter has been brought to the list on being mentioned by the petitioner for correction of an erroneous recording of a date in the order dated 23rd April, 2024.

In the continuation of the third paragraph from page 1 which appears in page 2 of the said order a date has been recorded as 3rd August, 2018 instead of 3rd August, 2023. Let such correction be made by replacing 3rd August, 2018 by 3rd August, 2023. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 23rd April, 2024.

The said order dated 23rd April, 2024 shall be read, meant and construed with the corrections as made herein.
