Petitioner has approached this Court being 15.07.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.766 Rakib aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as the information which was furnished on 4th of December, 2023 was not acted upon by the Officer-in-Charge, Bhatar Police Station. The subject matter of the complaint relates to a water body where pisciculture was being under taken.

Report has been submitted by the police authorities which reflects that the present petitioner happens to be one co-sharer in respect of the said water body where pisciculture is being carried on.

Be that as it may, since receipt of the information police authorities are overseeing in respect of restoring breach of the peace and/or tranquility, I am of the view that the other issues so canvassed in the representation are absolutely private disputes which the police authorities cannot deal without any order from an appropriate Court of law. Police authorities if so required on being informed would continue to keep their

surveillance and ensure that there is no crisis of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 1839 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
