It is submitted that liberty was given to the appellant to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards fine within two weeks from the date. But for some reason or the other, the said direction could not be complied with. In the interest of justice, time is extended by two weeks by which fine amount is to be deposited.

The order dated 29th March, 2023 is, thus, modified.
