Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the police filed charge-sheet and, therefore, detention of the petitioner is not required.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the jurisdictional Court issued proclamation of warrant of arrest and that the same was served upon the petitioner. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and the fact that the jurisdictional Court issued the process as noted above, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. CRM (A) 539 of 2022 is rejected.
