3. The present habeas corpus writ petition relates to the son of the writ petitioner who was claimed to be missing.

4. Report submitted on behalf of the State be taken on record.

5. It appears from such report that, the son of the writ petitioner was located. Son of the writ petitioner recorded a statement under Section 183 of the BNSS where, he stated that, he went out of the house voluntarily in order to find a job for himself.

6. Court is informed by the learned advocate for the State that, son of the writ petitioner is presently with his parents.

7. Since son of the writ petitioner stands recovered and in view of the statement made by the recovered person recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, we deem it to dispose of the present writ petition.

8. W.P.A. (H) 13 of 2025 stands disposed of.
