dismissed that the petitioner is in custody for 150 days and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary. Drawn the attention of the Court to the recovery which has been made from the shop of the brother of the present petitioner and pursuant to his leading statement. It has also been submitted that date has already been fixed for consideration of charges. Having regard to the totality of the circumstances including the complicity of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM(M)268 of 2026 is dismissed.
