Petitioner is in custody for 240 days. He submits he has been falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was found in a Swift Dzire vehicle bearing registration mark WB 06A 5536 wherefrom 29.7 kgs. of ganja was recovered. Alongside another consignment containing about 22.2 kgs. of ganja was recovered from an ambulance bearing registration mark WB 93 1258.

In view of the aforesaid materials on record and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
