It appears from record that against the grievance raised in the writ petition petitioner has already made a representation dated 11th December, before the Additional Chief Secretary, Government of West Bengal, respondent No. 4 as appears at page 118 being annexure P/6 to the writ petition and details of such grievance would appear from the said representation.

Without going into the merit of the aforesaid representation, this writ petition being WPA 1881 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 4 to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity

of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representatives within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate such order to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing such order and any further action for recovery of the demand in question will depend upon the final outcome of the aforesaid representation.
