The matter was disposed of vide order dated July 13, 2023. It has been brought to the list at the instance of the petitioner for correction of the typographical error of the said order.

The word 'retirement' appearing in the fifth line of the first paragraph at second page of the said order be substituted by the word "death". The department is directed to carry out necessary correction in the said order dated July 13, 2023 to the extent indicated above and also in the certified copy of the said order, if already supplied to the parties. Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Biswajit Basu, J.)
