In view of the urgency, the matter is taken for hearing. The application being IA No. CAN 1 of 2020 (C.A.N. 4861 of 2020) is disposed of.

This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of representation made by him on January 9, 2019.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in spite of his representation no action has been taken by the concerned District Inspector of School (S.E.), Murshidabad.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the State respondent fairly submits that the District Inspector of School (S.E.), Murshidabad be directed to take a decision in the matter. In light of the above submissions, the District Inspector of School (S.E.), Murshidabad is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a

reasoned order after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date. With these observations, W.P.A. 862 of 2019 is disposed of.

Since, no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
