Karimpur Police Station has filed a report dated 9th April, 2023 in the form of instructions addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta, which is taken on record.

The report indicates that investigation was conducted into the death of the petitioner's father. The post mortem report has been considered and viscera has been sent to the Foreign Science Laboratory. The post mortem Doctor has found that the dead body was healthy but death occurred due to cardiogenic shock resulting from acute myocardial infarction.

Karimpur Police shall be entitled to file a final report after receiving FSL report and make available a copy of the same to the petitioner.

The petitioner may take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
