Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors submits that, the petitioner complains of violation of the judgment and order dated November 9, 2021 passed in FMA 679 of 2019 with FMA 680 of 2019. Special Leave Petitions were carried being Civil Appeal No. 7939-7940 of 2022 and Civil Appeal No. 7941-7942 of 2022 which were allowed by the judgment and order dated November 23, 2022. The order violation of which is complained of in the present application for contempt, was set aside.

In such view, nothing survives in the contempt petition.

CPAN/104/2022 in FMA/679/2019 is disposed of accordingly.
