This revisional application has been filed by the petitioners/respondents praying for expeditious disposal of the Title Appeal No.105 of 2010, which is pending for final hearing. The appeal has been preferred against the judgment and decree dated March 19, 2010 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Chandernagore, Hooghly. It is submitted that the Title Appeal No.105 of 2010 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court at Chandernagore, Hooghly, is otherwise ready for hearing.

Without going into the merits of the claims of the parties, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned lower appellate court to dispose of the Title Appeal No.105 of 2010 arising out of the judgment and order dated March 19, 2010 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Chandernagore, Hooghly,

as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed.

Learned Court below will proceed independently without being influenced by any observation made hereinabove.

The learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioners is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon the opposite party along with a server copy of this order within a week from date.

This revisional application is, thus, disposed of. There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
