Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record. Report submitted on behalf of the State prepared by the Inspector-in-Charge, Bantra PS in connection with Bantra P. S. Case No. 208 of 2023 dated 27-09-2023 be kept with the record. The report encloses the statement and the declaration of Riya Banerjee nee Mukherjee, the complainant and the accused at whose instance the case was initiated. On conclusion of investigation, chargesheet was also submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Having considered the changed circumstances and the fact that the lady namely, Riya Banerjee nee Mukherjee do not intend to proceed with the case as is reflected from the statement and declaration and the dispute and differences are arising out of matrimonial discord, I am of the view that further continuance of

the proceedings may result in harassment to the parties and as such the same is required to be interfered with. Consequently, all further proceedings arising out of Bantra P. S. Case No. 208 of 2023 dated 27-09-2023 wherein chargesheet was submitted under Sections 498A/323/406/506/34 IPC and Ss. 3 & 4 of the D. P. Act and is pending before the learned C. J. M, Howrah is hereby quashed.

Thus, the present revisional application being CRR 350 of 2024 along with connected application being CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending any other applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
