From the report we see that the petitioner had written a letter dated February 1, 2025 to the I.C., Deganga Police Station, North 24 Parganas to the effect that he was taking custody of the missing lady in healthy condition. In view of the aforesaid, we see no reason to keep this writ petition for habeas corpus pending.

WPA (H) 10 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of.
