The petitioner prays for a direction upon the General Body and the Appellate Authority of the Tamluk Cooperative Agricultural & Rural Development Bank Limited to conclude the appeal filed by the petitioner in July 2023.

Learned advocate representing the Appellate Authority submits, upon instructions, that a notice has been issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Tamluk Cooperative Agricultural & Rural Development Bank Limited on April 16, 2024 convening a Special General Meeting to hear and decide the petitioner's appeal. A copy of the notice filed is taken on record.

The Appellate Authority of the bank is directed to conclude the appeal at the earliest but positively by June 30, 2024.

The writ petition is disposed of.
