Learned counsel for the petitioner, in his usual fairness, submits that there is a provision for appeal under Section 47 of the West Bengal Town and Country (Planning and Development) Act, 1979 and the petitioner intends to approach the appellate Forum and ventilate his grievances. Learned counsel intends to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the appellate Forum. In view of the same, the writ petition being W.P.A. 1171 of 2020 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appellate Forum under Section 47 of the Act of 1979 for redressal of his grievances. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
