In view of the decision in WPA 1821 of 2024, let NIT No. 759 dated 11th December, 2023 issued by the Belaimari Gram Panchayat under Ratua-I Developent Block, Malda stand cancelled. The Gram Panchayat is entitled to act in terms of the direction already passed in aforesaid writ petition being WPA No. 1821 of 2024.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of without any order as to costs.
