The petitioner's grievance is that the private respondents have raised construction illegally by encroaching public road, thereby causing obstruction to the ingress and egress of the petitioner.

The petitioner filed an application expressing his grievance before the respondent authority on 2nd October, 2020. But such application has not been considered till date.

Having heard the learned counsels for the parties and considering the material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on October 2, 2020 after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including

the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order, in accordance with law. WPA 2271 of 2021 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

As affidavits have not been invited, the allegations made in this writ petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
