Petitioner claims that he is arrested in one after other cases.

Mr. Yusuf, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioners have been involved in siphoning of Government funds and number of cases have been registered. Most the funds which have been siphoned belong to Schools. A SIT has been constituted which is investigating the cases. Although petitioners initially projected that they are being victimized by tagging them in one after other cases. However, having regard to the nature of the accusations which is reflected from the report, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners have change his stand and submitted that he intends to know how

many cases are pending and or initiated against the petitioner. The said representation has not been submitted before any authority. Petitioner would submit such representation before the appropriate authority concerned. In case such application is filed the same be dealt with in accordance with law. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 1994 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
