The issue raised in the present petition regarding refund of the amount deposited by the petitioners with Greenage Food Products Ltd.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the aforesaid company pointed out that vide order dated April 27, 2017 passed in CP No.328 of 2016 the aforesaid company has been directed to be wound up and official liquidator has been appointed to take charge. In view of the aforesaid development, the present petition does not survive as the depositors may avail their
WPA 1202 of 2017 remedy before the official liquidator about the amount deposited by them with the aforesaid company. Accordingly, the both the writ petitions are disposed of, however, with liberty aforesaid. [Rajesh Bindal, C.J. (A.)] [Rajarshi Bharadwaj, J.]
