It is submitted on behalf of the contemnor that, the order was complied with.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the order stands complied with. In view of the compliance of the order, it would be appropriate to discharge the contempt Rule. However, the contemnor is put on notice that in the event, there is any further incident of violation of order of the Court, then, consequences with regard thereto will follow.

WPCRC 178 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly. All subsisting interim orders passed in the contempt petition stand vacated.
