Petitioner submits she is the married sister-in-law of the victim and was residing in a separate mess. She prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show on the fateful day there was a quarrel between the victim lady and her mother-in-law and sister-in-law that is the petitioner. Thereafter she committed suicide. 4.

In light of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
