In the third and fourth line of the third paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "September 22, 2013" shall stand deleted and be replaced by the expression "September 22, 2012".

In the second line of the third paragraph of the third page of the said order, the expression "the petitioner was serving as Commanding Officer" shall stand corrected to read "petitioner's brother was serving under the Commanding Officer"

Let the order dated January 18, 2021 shall stand corrected accordingly.

The other part of the said order shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take steps in this regard.

All parties are to act on a server copy of this order on the usual undertaking.
