The petitioner seeks relaxation of the order passed on 16th September, 2025 allowing the petitioner to leave the territorial jurisdiction of Barasat Police Station only for the purpose of visiting the Medica Superspeciality Hospital for his treatment. It appears that the petitioner has been advised admission and surgery on 6th October, 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may have to remain in the vicinity of the hospital for post operative care and visiting to the hospital.

In view of the above, the order dated 16th September, 2025 is further modified to the extent that the petitioner shall leave the jurisdiction of Barasat Police Station on 5th October, 2025 and shall remain away therefrom till 13th October, 2025 subject to medical advice requiring him to stay in Kolkata for post-operative check-ups.

The petitioner seeks to stay in the house of Sabita Jhunjhunwala who is his aunt and is a resident of Ideal Tower, Flat no. 4D, Blk-B 57, Diamond Harbour Road, CMRI Ekbalpore, Kolkata - 700 023. He shall return to the territorial jurisdiction of Barasat Police Station immediately after the surgery or in any event, by 14th October, 2025. He shall report to the Barasat Police Station prior to leaving the jurisdiction and after returning thereto. CRAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
