Case No. 1991 of 2021 wherein charge-sheet has been submitted vide charge-sheet no. 292 dated June 28, 2021 under Sections 376/417 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnanagar at Nadia.

A written instruction has been placed by the learned counsel for the petitioner wherein the petitioner has stated that he is not willing to proceed with the present criminal revision and, as such, has prayed for withdrawal of the same. Let the written instruction be kept with the record.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the materials on record, the

present revisional application is thus disposed of as 'withdrawn'.
