Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, on completion of investigation in connection with Alipore Police Station Case No.140 dated 17.1.2020, final report has been submitted with the observation of "Mistake of Fact" before the learned CJM, Alipore on 15th October, 2022. Learned CJM has fixed the next date on 31.03.2023.

Mr. Das, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the petitioners.

In view of the final report being submitted before the jurisdictional court, the contentions of the petitioners in this revisional application has become diluted. Petitioners is directed to take steps, if any, before the learned CJM, Alipore. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 187 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
