We have seen the report of Jhajjar Police Station. It shows petitioner is involved in a cyber crime resulting in cheating of over Rs.8,00,000/-. Investigation is complete. There is no apprehension of arrest within the jurisdiction of this Court.

In this backdrop petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the application and apply before the jurisdictional court as per law.

Leave is granted.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed.
