Learned advocate representing the State respondents produces a communication by the Sub Divisional Officer and the Tribunal Officer, Maintenance Tribunal dated 17th March, 2025 disclosing that a hearing will be conducted on 26th March, 2025 and the parties have been directed to appear with relevant documents in support of their stand.

As it appears that the Sub Divisional Officer and the Tribunal Officer of the Maintenance Tribunal has already taken steps in response to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the concerned officer to take steps in the matter in accordance with law and dispose of the prayer of the petitioner at the earliest.
